Digital Media Campaign Manager

We are seeking experienced digital campaign managers to build and sell advertising solutions using our proven conversion-driven and brand-building techniques.As a member of our team, you will work alongside industry experts in a rapidly growing business. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated performance in a dynamic environment and problem-solving leadership skills with limited oversight.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns.Understand upper funnel [brand messaging, calls to action] and lower funnel [direct response, conversion] campaign tactics.Partner closely with internal teams, including account management, sales, and advanced analytics, to define metrics and measure campaign success.Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full digital campaign lifecycle [from pre-sale to post-sale].Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in the team’s shared document repository.Manage day-to-day campaign maintenance, including addressing internal and external questions regarding accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service and becoming a trusted advisor.Work with trafficking teams to traffic tags and ensure accurate tracking for campaigns.Build and deliver media plans for new client opportunities using strategic insights and best practices.Regularly consult sales teams on insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.Provide monthly audit reports to partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts fluidly and cross-functionally.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required.3-5 years of professional end-to-end Digital Media Campaign Management experience, including:Day-to-day campaign maintenance, including addressing internal and external questions regarding accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.Media Planning, Building Media Plans, and a firm understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.Experience with multiple digital media products and channels: Social, Display, Mobile, Search, Paid, Programmatic, etc.Bid management, campaign management, campaign optimization, and digital media operations across search and display.Client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively navigate through issues, including consulting sales teams on insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.Experience partnering closely with integrated teams such as Account Management, Finance, Sales, Measurement and Insights, Optimization, etc.Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.Additional Information:This role is partially onsite in Hoboken, NJ.A skill assessment is required for this position, which should take no more than 1 hour.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52/HR.
