Our global technology client is seeking a candidate with experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the affiliate marketing space. This is a hyrid position and requires you to be in the NY office 3x a week.The Influencer Program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest external paid traffic channels for our client. This position will focus on identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships to drive new Prime member sign-ups through the Influencer Program. This includes researching and vetting potential influencer partners, negotiating contracts, providing content guidance and training, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, and tracking performance.This role is a perfect fit for you if you are an excellent communicator, social media savvy, highly organized, data driven, and are in-tune to industry trends and knowledge. Our team is based in New York, and this candidate will work with the larger creator and marketing teams across New York and Seattle.Tasks/Responsibilities:• Support execution of strategic creator partnerships including reach out, negotiation, contract/payment execution, content monitoring and reporting.• Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to discover prospective talent and track key performance metrics.• Educate influencers on affiliate marketing and best practices to help drive day-to-day business and program engagement.• Collaborate with influencer agencies.• Collaborate with the marketing team on building content inspiration and content briefs to drive influencer promotion.• Propose and execute tech-based solutions to streamline existing processes.• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives.• Effectively manage communications with external creators and agencies.Required Skills:2+ years in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing within a global company.2+ years of cross functional experience working with multiple stakeholders.2+ years working with external partners.Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.17 to $44.63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
