OverviewPlacement Type:TemporarySalary (USD):$65 - $72 per hourStart Date:08.01.2024We are loking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager wo work with our leading entertainment clients marketing team. The Manager of Lifecycle Marketing Analytics will focus on analyzing data and providing actionable insights to define cross-channel strategies to drive increased engagement and reduce churn for subscribers. This role will report to the Director of Engagement Marketing and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support our marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally with data and analytics teams to maintain and develop self-service tools used to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.Support day-to-day engagement team analytics needs including exploratory analyses, advanced reporting and ongoing monitoring of program performance.Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies across all channels (email, push & in-app) and stages of lifecycle.Conduct cohort and segmentation analyses and partner with data science teams on predictive modeling to understand customer lifecycle stages and inform model validation & optimization.Partner closely with marketing, data analytics, and data science to develop and communicate a clear learning agenda / experimentation roadmapEvangelize experimentation best practices across the lifecycle marketing organization by ensuring proper test design and implementation, prioritization of opportunities, and identifying actionable next steps based on findingsProvide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness, targeting, messaging, and creative elements.Develop a deep understanding of audience capabilities and attribute definitions to support marketing and operations teams in delivering accurate and reliable messaging to our subscribersStay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analyticsQualifications:5+ years of relevant data analytics experience in engagement, retention and/or growth marketing. Direct-to-consumer subscription, streaming and/or entertainment business experience is a plus.1-3 years of experience leading other analysts and managing a teamExpertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and using a multitude of disparate data sources leveraging SQLStrong knowledge of data visualization best practices with experience using Tableau or Looker to tell a story with dataDeep experience with A/B testing from design to interpretation of results and identifying actionable next stepsHighly skilled at simplifying complex problems, distilling data, and constructing compelling narratives to guide decision-makingStrong relationship building and communication skills with all levels of the organizationThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $72 an hour.
