Market Research Analyst - job 1 of 2

Our well known Fintech client is seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute primary research methods and procedures. As the Market Researcher your role involves researching, evaluating, and hiring external market research firms, analyzing and summarizing financial data from both internal and external sources, and developing and distributing standard and ad hoc business reports, financial analyses, and effectiveness tracking.This role is HYBRID in either their New York or Silicon Valley office.Typical Day in the Role:• Conducting primary market research to address product and marketing business questions.• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into research questions.• Working with research vendors and stakeholders on strategic business questions and project scoping.• Traveling as necessary for in-person group sessions.Requirements:• 8 years of experience in market research or a related field.• Bachelor’s degree.• Experience in customer insights, with actual research experience on both the vendor and client sides, preferably in the financial services or tech industries.• Proficiency in various research methodologies and project scoping.• Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $61.13 to $67.92 an hour.
