This job contributes to our client’s success by leading the development of strategic marketing campaign strategies and marketing communication initiatives. This role creates a bridge across brand, creative, and media to ensure the co-op is delivering the most relevant message to an audience, maximizing our campaign and creative impact across relevant owned, earned, and paid communication channels.Specialized Skills/Duties:– Strategic Marketing experience.– Omni-channel plan development accountable for business results from campaigns.– Ability to look strategically across categories and identify key moments and opportunities for product and culture within a category.– Strong collaboration and creative thinking.This position is accountable for:§ Creating marketing campaign strategies inclusive of communication strategy and deliverables; audience journeys, campaign ecosystems, and engagement frameworks§ Developing consumer engagement strategies that incorporate brand and consumer insights, cultural trends, and category knowledge while ensuring they deliver on the business§ Mapping out which messages should reach the consumer at certain points along the journey, and outlining the correct production needs to accommodate the format for those touch points.§ Providing an understanding of how audiences connect with brands and products through media and technology and how the proper partner, content, and sequencing can tell a holistic story§ Working with creative teams to amplify their ideas via media strategy, tactics, and creative thought-starters§ Showing how media and emerging technology platforms can be used creatively to integrate a brand into culture§ Partnering with the data and analytics teams, to ensure that measurement frameworks, reporting cadences, and campaign optimizations are taking place§ Partnering closely with the Customer Insights, Brand Marketing Team, Growth Marketing Team, Brand Strategy, and Creative Teams to develop breakthrough marketing campaigns that deliver against defined objectives and KPIsThe person in this role should:§ Be a consumer and lover of culture – follow customer and media trends, dissect how they form, grow and evolve over time and across channels§ Have expertise in creating messaging frameworks, ecosystems, tactical briefs, and comms tasks§ Be a strategic thinker who is constantly finding ways to re-imagine how marketing campaigns and creative can inspire and engage customers§ See platforms as vehicles to tell brand and product stories§ Have an understanding of the media landscape, both offline and online – Working knowledge and understanding of all channel disciplines, including Media, Shopper/Promotional, PR, Social, Experiential, MulticulturalThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00-$50.00 Per Hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
