This is an ongoing, full time position with Aquent Studios x Adobe and includes an annual salary, medical benefits, 401k w/match, PTO/Vacation.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer on the Aquent Studios team to support Adobe’s Ecosystem Teams. This UI/UX Designer can look at the big picture from a user experience, product technology and business standpoint, and is unafraid to step outside the box to deliver compelling user experiences on web properties. The ideal designer brings strong experience creating UI/UX for cross-surface journeys and experiences. You will work across all Adobe products to ensure the user has a consistent and user friendly journey. This designer should also possess strong strategic, creative, and planning skills that enable them to effectively communicate, negotiate and drive design.What you’ll do:Work closely with and support the UX/Web Design Teams and dev/engineering teams across multiple CMS environments.Work across products and design UI to ensure that the user journey across products on A.com is seamless and consistent.Work with the Design System team to build any new UI patterns into our library.Uphold a high standard for design excellence, and contribute to raising the bar for design at our company.Participate in our design community.What you need to succeed:4+ years working in a digital design profession as a UX designer, UI designer, interaction designer, product designer, or similar.End-to-end design skills including very strong graphic/UI/visual design skills.Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree HCI or design field, or equivalent work experience.Very knowledgeable of user-centric processes and design thinking principles.Experienced and highly knowledgeable about differences in designing for multiple platforms, devices, screen sizes, pwa, etc.Experience building journeys and components using a design system, component libraries, and/or UI Kits.Mastery of standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS & XD).Solid understanding of design theory (typography, color, grid, etc.).Knowledge of accessibility standards/patterns and designing for accessibility.Experience (or at least familiarity) front-end web development.Excellent communication & collaboration skills.Excellent creative and critical thinking skills.Comfortable working with virtual teams across multiple time zones and geographies.Early adopter who enjoys staying current on technology, design, and keenly aware of trends.Portfolio with work samples must be included (if password protected please include password with application).Client Description Aquent Studios is a global creative studio that delivers scale, speed and efficiency to the world’s most recognized brands.
