Driven by passion and purpose, we are looking for you to join us as a UX/UI Designer to help deliver on that vision.You will have ample and proven experience using a design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple platforms. You are committed to staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring the design system remains relevant and effective over time. You will participate in all parts of the design process as a member of a multi-disciplinary team – contributing to customer research, ideation, visual design, prototyping, working with engineering to make sure interactions are built as designed, and iterating based on customer and stakeholder feedback.If you have a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply to this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Develop a design system through collaboration with product, tech and other designersDesign UI components and templates and define the guidance needed to support the execution of thoseDefine brand expression throughout the experienceCreate wireframes to blueprint the information hierarchy and interactions of a digital experienceCreate prototypes to explore and test design decisionsCreate production-ready design files and assets for handoff to UI developers, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and efficientlyPerform design quality assurance during developmentUses data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of designs and pivot as neededEssential Business Experience and Technical Skills:3+ years of experience designing responsive web and native mobile app experiences for complex, multi-dimensional programs. Skilled in user experience fundamentals: research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, interaction design, visual design, accessibility standardsStrong knowledge of user interface design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design and the ability to generate design ideasStrong visual design skills and advanced UI knowledgeAbility to do end-to-end component design, and ability to design components that scale and flex for the needs of multiple markets and businessesAdvanced proficiency Figma, SAP Fiori system and Napsack are a plusKnowledge in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusStrong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize design based on the value to the user and the business.Ability to take direction and work in a team environment, while also owning initiativesThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $75 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
