What you will do as a Medical Billing Representative:*

• Obtain timely processing of patient claims
• Document contact with insurance carriers and estimated payment date
• Provide information to expediate claim processing
• Use system reports to manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prioritize accounts based on high dollar amount and days in AR

What we’re looking for:

• High school or equivalent
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• Basic Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional customer service skill set
• Detail oriented
• Basic computer knowledge, with Excel experience
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Good written and oral communication skills

Work Environment:

• Onsite: Sullivan, MO 63080
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
