Business Solutions Consultant- Presales

Position Overview:

As a Business Solutions Consultant at Aravo, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with prospective and current clients. You will partner with our sales team to understand client challenges and design tailored solutions using the Aravo platform to address third party risk management needs. This role is pivotal in driving customer success from the initial discovery phase through to post-sales implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored solutions using the Aravo platform.

·       Lead insightful discussions with clients that focus on business needs rather than just features/functionality.

·       Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.

·       Integrate industry best practices into solution presentations, ensuring they align with client goals.

·       Demonstrate a deep technical understanding of the Aravo platform, articulating how it addresses specific client needs.

·       Communicate Aravo’s unique value proposition and competitive advantages.

·       Support successful transitions to post-sales activities, including implementation workshops, to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to implementation.

·       Develop and enhance RFx documentation, shared demo libraries, and presentation materials.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 3 years of pre-sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.

·       Experience in Third Party Risk Management and/or GRC solutions. strongly preferred.

·       Proven experience in supporting and selling to enterprise-level clients.

·       Strong client management skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate the Aravo platform’s capabilities.

·       Passionate, intellectually curious, and driven by a commitment to ethical standards and integrity.

Additional Qualifications:

·       Background in Business Process Consulting, ROI analysis, or project management.

·       Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, techniques, and value propositions.

·       Familiarity with Web Service integration (e.g., REST, SOAP).

·       Familiarity with automated RFx response solutions (e.g., Loopio).

Skills:

·       Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Strong ability to scope solutions, influence product development, and provide impactful software demonstrations.

·       Strategic, creative, and analytical thinking, with experience working closely with Sales Account Executives.

·       Experience with enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain).

·       Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the big picture, while executing detailed tasks.

·       Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of client organizations.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio applications.

·       Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment, with a positive, can-do attitude.

·       Self-motivated, organized, and decisive, with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions.
