As a Technical Sourcer, you'll be on the front lines, sourcing passive candidates from platforms like LinkedIn and various external talent pools. Your role involves tracking candidate pipelines, updating our ATS diligently, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, which might include engaging in one-on-one interviews in English. You’ll also have the chance to make recommendations on improving our processes—all while using tools like Hubspot, Slack, and Zoom to help boost your efficiency. Ideally, you'll have at least two years of experience in technical recruiting, exceptional English skills, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
