Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 100 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

You will be an integral member of the recruiting operations team, serving as a partner in various operational and compliance related activities. You will post, review, and manage Archer’s job postings to ensure OFCCP Compliance and we are meeting the requirements of our Affirmative Action Plan, which include posting on specific government websites, including posting and managing our PERM recruitment process. Your scope also includes activities related to ensuring auditing all posting activities are in compliance and to Archer’s high standards.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $72,560 - $92.880. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
