Skills

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and debt management
• Strong understanding of financial modeling
• Proven track record of teamwork and ownership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate debt
• Run corporate liquidity modeling and planning
• Lead the implementation of electronic payment services and reporting
• Connect with banks regarding accounts, payments, and services
• Assist with reviewing treasury services agreements and transactions
• Fund and corporate liquidity planning
• Short-term cash flow forecasting
• Implement best practice treasury solutions
• Prepare management reporting
• Perform credit reviews of counterparties
• Other miscellaneous duties and treasury projects as assigned

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA or related field preferred
• CPA or CFI preferred
• Prior experience with Utility Scale Renewable Energy preferred
