Arevon Energy is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel with experience in renewable energy industry for a high-growth work environment. The position involves drafting, negotiating, and managing various agreements related to the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy power plants.

Skills

Experience drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements
Sound oral and written communication skills
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements related to renewable energy projects
Advise management on business transactions and contracts
Manage risk across multiple contracts and projects
Participate in contract negotiations and dispute resolutions
Conduct training classes for company personnel

Education

Juris doctor from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction
