Manager of Reinsurance Accounting

Responsibilities
- Compile accounting information, analysis and reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee Reinsurance Accounting financial processing and reporting.
- Prepare complex financial reinsurance reports for management.
- Serve as accounting liaison for reinsurance communications.
- Interpret reinsurance agreements for proper recording.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close.
- Produce reinsurance reporting schedules.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
