As an Ariat retail employee, you are the face of the brand - always representing the Company with an exemplary attitude and strong commitment to established service standards. You are responsible for achieving personal sales goals that contribute to the overall store plan, displaying leadership on the sales floor, as well as properly merchandising, opening and closing the store.

• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management
• May be required to attend outside events as needed

• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
• Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
• Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Visions requirements: close vision, distant vision, as well as ability to adjust and focus
