- Identify and recruit high-quality affiliates for our clients.

- Develop and implement creative promotions and bonus structures.
- Test new strategies to enhance program effectiveness and ROI.

- Optimize campaigns based on performance trends and affiliate feedback
- Creating materials affiliates need to succeed
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including swipe copy, banners, and product feeds.
- Prepare promotional materials well in advance of specific campaigns.
- Ensure all creative assets are up-to-date and aligned with client branding e.g. Black Friday promotions.
- Optimizing affiliate campaigns based on data
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for each program. For example, finding affiliates driving more or less sales than normal, or cutting custom rate deals for super-affiliates.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for each affiliate program, and be able to spot issues BEFORE they become a problem.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all managed programs.
- Create comprehensive reports on program performance, including revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Compliance and fraud prevention
- Ensure all affiliates comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain fraud prevention measures.
- Regularly audit affiliate activities and address non-compliant behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant remote work experience in Affiliate Management
- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology particularly in Affiliate Management, Social Media, Events or Marketing
- With a-deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry)
- Experience managing affiliate programs for SaaS, marketplaces and agencies
- Knowledge about SEO, PPC and other digital marketing channels
- Proficient in technical aptitude, including familiarity with APIs and automation tools, e.g.can use spintax in cold outreach etc
- Expert in managing programs across multiple countries or regions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Ability to analyze data and quickly see the main areas for improvement
- Outstanding English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Expert in client satisfaction and innovative in program strategies & tactics
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing management or similar roles (e.g.sales outreach, customer success where you were converting customers into affiliates)
- Creative and ability to implement ideas independently.

- Salary – $ 2000 PER MONTH PLUS COMMISSION (AS PER JOB ADVERT)
