Clinic Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Arizona Liver Health is looking for a qualified Clinic APP in Peoria, AZ to provide innovative patient care for those affected by liver disease.
Skills
- Previous experience with gastroenterology (GI) and/or hepatology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good working relationships.
- Ability to diagnose and make treatment decisions for patients independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, consults, and review of pretreatment for standard of care patients.
- Perform specialized procedures and work with MD on patient diagnosis.
- Oversee patient care in clinical trials and perform safety medical reviews.
- Communicate with research team members regarding studies and protocols.
- Manage the care for patients and provide direct care interventions within the scope of practice.
- Complete detailed review of documentation for studies, charting, and proper informed consents.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with current RN and NP License required
- Completion of GCP and IATA trainings at hire.
