You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building relationships with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and facilitate interviews
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and hiring strategies
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
