This is a 6 month Fixed-term Contract.

This role is Remote and to be based in EST timezone

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the technical aspects of marketing campaigns, optimizing marketing processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational objectives.

 

Responsibilities will include: 

 

Campaign Operations 

  • Partner closely with our campaign agency to QA email execution and coordinate based on campaign calendar
  • Set up program connections and ensure successful integrations between Marketo and key digital sources 
  • Support on-boarding and training of our team of marketers to best use the tools and processes determined by marketing ops

Marketing Emails

  • Owning Marketo email strategy from start to end, including production, deployment, quality A/B testing, continuous optimization, and reporting metrics effectively. 
  • Partner with brand creative team, agency partners and marketing operations to advance our design templates, recipient experience, and personalization control 
  • Oversee global execution and manage timezone schedule as well as deliverability reputation. Collaborate with entire marketing team on scheduling plan 

Engagement Programs

  • Build out our Nurture Engagement strategy, expanding the customer journey, with new expansions to OT, Asset Management etc 
  • Administration for Goldcast - optimize active integration insights as well as program production, from invite, live event, to OnDemand
  • Setting up benchmarks and testing plans to make impact on the lead lifecycle
  • Support the key Demand Gen and Messaging Strategy team with essential campaign builds, quality assurance, and reporting

 

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.

- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of an organization.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $100,000-$125,000 per year.
