Service Desk Team Lead Job

Description We are in the process of recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst, to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The role is based in Denver, Colorado, United States. Our workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, offering a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from troubleshooting hardware issues to managing databases.Responsibilities• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cisco and Citrix Technologies.• Handle queries related to computer hardware and Dell Technologies.• Manage and maintain the Active Directory.• Provide support for Apple Devices and ensure they are up-to-date.• Oversee the backup technologies and ensure data is safely stored.• Carry out Configuration Management to ensure systems are running as expected.• Work with the team to refresh mobile devices, ensuring they are up to date and functioning correctly.• Assist in the process of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.• Maintain accurate customer credit records.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required• Experience with Citrix Technologies is essential• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is necessary• Familiarity with Database management is required• Experience with Dell Technologies is beneficial• Proficiency in Active Directory management is needed• Experience in handling Apple Devices is preferred• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is required• Expertise in Configuration Management is necessaryTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
