Qualified applicants for this position should have at least two years of experience in Department of Commerce Antidumping and Countervailing duty cases.
International Trade Commission injury case experience, U.S. Court of International Trade or U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit judicial clerkship experience, and foreign language skills are a plus.
All applicants must have excellent academic credentials and references and be interested in joining a close, collegial group of practitioners.
