Senior QC Engineer

About the Role: 

We are seeking a skilled QC Tester to join our dynamic team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manual and automated testing, with a strong passion for quality assurance. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and usability. 
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. 
• Receive and manage tickets and cases from the client care team. 
• Identify, report, and track defects using a defect tracking system. 
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. 
• Stay updated on emerging testing tools and techniques. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance. 
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Experience with API testing. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience test automation frameworks. 
• Automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter). 
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments. 
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
