Array, a financial innovation platform, is looking for a results-driven part-time Collections Specialist to aggressively pursue outstanding payments and maximize collection efforts in a remote-first company.

Proven collections experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Independence and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software

Responsibilities

Contact clients and customers to collect outstanding payments
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with professionalism
Resolve billing issues and disputes with detail and follow-up
Maintain accurate collection records
Provide regular updates to CFO and executive team
Escalate as needed

Benefits

$2,000 - $3,000 monthly draw against 25% of collected performance payment
Potential annual earnings of $125,000 based on performance
Additional $101,000 possible based on collections
