Array Labs is building a satellite constellation to power the first accurate, real-time 3D model of the world. Our formation-flying radar satellites offer a revolutionary new approach to Earth observation, delivering unique and unparalleled insights of our ever-changing planet.

As a key member of Array Labs’ hiring team, you’ll be responsible for helping build the foundation of the company. This is a hands-on role that will involve partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to define, execute, and refine our recruiting strategy as we rapidly scale.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to take full ownership of the recruiting process from end to end. You’ll help discover, screen, and build our team, while also shaping the systems and processes we rely on. No task is too big or too small—you’ll be a key part of a fast-moving, mission-driven team where impact is immediate and visible.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership and individual contributors to understand technical requirements and develop hiring strategies
  • Manage the complete recruitment process including job descriptions, structuring compensation packages, conducting outreach, coordinating interviews and site visits, and negotiating offers
  • Evaluate candidates for alignment with company mission and values
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, including innovative sourcing campaigns for passive candidates from top organizations and maintaining robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and non-traditional recruiting methods
  • Turn complex technical requirements into compelling job descriptions while communicating Array Labs' mission and technology in ways that resonate with highly specialized technical candidates
  • Design and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experience, maximize offer-to-interview ratios, and ensure rigorous, fair evaluations
  • Partner with leadership to develop comprehensive hiring plans aligned with company growth trajectory, strategic objectives, and technical needs
  • Represent Array Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting specialized technical talent in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to understand technical concepts and effectively screen candidates through resume review and technical discussions to determine skill relevance
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to recruiting
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration
  • US citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience recruiting for hardware engineering, specifically in radar, aerospace, electrical, FPGAs, or embedded systems
  • Background in in-house recruiting for high-growth technology or aerospace companies
  • Knowledge of the geospatial, aerospace, and/or defense industries
  • Track record of developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Familiarity with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
  • History of building strong relationships with both engineering leaders and candidates
  • Experience recruiting for a company with an exceptionally high technical bar
  • Understanding of engineering disciplines and ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates
  • Experience in staffing business strategy for company growth that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong hiring manager and applicant satisfaction

ITAR Requirements
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
