What you’ll do- Create messaging, positioning, & materials for ASAPP’s AI products
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases
- Empower our sales and partnerships orgs to communicate our products effectively to prospective customers and partners
- Gain a deep understanding of buyer needs and challenges and how our products meet those needs
- Enhance this understanding with customer segmentation and persona development
- Become an expert in key trends that impact our buyers and our market to refine differentiation and competitive strategies
- Partner closely with product management to understand in detail our product vision and upcoming functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externally
- Contribute to our product’s future with your expertise on our market and customers
- Collaborate across marketing to assist with campaign, website, and thought leadership content and collateral creation
- Help build the product marketing team culture and processes—including how we measure success, communicate across the organization, plan cross-functionally, etc
- Represent ASAPP externally at key events, webinars, analyst meetings, and conferences as needed
- Occasional travel to the US required
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS technology industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising Business or related field
- Demonstrated success launching and marketing complex technology products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization across functions
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation
- Contact center / customer experience industry experience preferred
- AI-software experience preferred
