As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse operations team ensuring safe, GMP compliant execution and management of operations to support GMP manufacturing, including but not limited to; Site inventory control, warehouse space allocation, material handling, receiving, stocking, picking, issuing and product shipping.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall strategy that outlines the specific priorities and individual responsibilities needed to accomplish the groups broad functions, (inventory control, material handling, shipping, receiving, development and tracking of KPI’s).
- Ensure safe warehouse operations
- Ensures timely receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, and shipping of materials
- Ensures compliance with Quality Systems
- Track performance
- Write, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for GMP functions and facilities.
- Establish and maintain appropriate stocking levels
- Manage GMP Storage and Distribution activities and the functions of the warehouse team. Ensure all areas of control are processing under GMP conditions.
- Develop, execute, and maintain ERP training for inventory control purposes including receipt, movement, staging, and shipment of GMP material.
- Oversee logistics functions including transportation management, route optimization, and coordination with eternal carriers.
- Direct and manage annual physical inventory and monthly Cycle Count verification to ensure accurate inventory
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient material flow.
- Assist Supply Chain in deviation/event investigation analysis. Help drive reductions in unplanned deviations and focus on improving first pass quality
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, operations or related field and 5+ years of previous Warehouse work experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology-related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to help drive the department forward.
- A continuous process improvement mindset with the ability to effectively lead and manage change.
- Excellent planning, documentation, organization, and scheduling abilities preferred
- A working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a great attention to detail.
