Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:We are working with a leading client in the landscaping industry to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will support three (3) Division Managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across divisions.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the creation and distribution of work orders and invoices.• Organize and manage purchasing-related documents, such as receipts and purchase orders.• Produce and distribute reports, including production schedules and accounting-based data, to support divisional operations.• Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, e-mail, and mail.• Collaborate with managers to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.Skills and Experience:• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.• Basic troubleshooting skills for computers and technology.• Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish is helpful but not required.• Experience with ERP systems is ideal but not necessary—training will be provided.Ascendo is an equal opportunity employer.
