We are currently seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee our audit teams and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the audits conducted for our clients. The Audit Manager will be responsible for managing multiple audit assignments, developing audit strategies, and maintaining productive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing professional audit teams and delivering high-quality audit services that add value to our clients' business operations.Responsibilities:• Lead, manage, and supervise audit teams throughout the audit process with a focus on quality and efficiency.• Plan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.• Review audit work papers and reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.• Coordinate with clients to discuss audit findings, issues, and recommendations.• Develop audit strategies and plans to address risk, ensuring compliance with audit standards.• Monitor the progress of audit engagements, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.• Mentor and coach audit staff and contribute to their professional development.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, industry regulations, and best practices.• Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain productive client relationships.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar certification required.• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse audit teams.• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and team dynamics effectively.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Compensation:• Competitive salary based on experience.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
