We have an amazing opportunity for a dynamic and analytical Senior Analyst! This role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to drive revenue and make a tangible impact at a renowned hotel that is known for its outstanding services and guest experiences. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love to strategize for success, this is the role for you!Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels.• Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies for transient and group reservations based on future demand forecasts.• Formulate and deploy inventory restrictions and pricing strategies, collaborating with Sales Managers on group business suitability.• Analyze end-of-month reports and prepare comprehensive Revenue Management Recaps.• Monitor and manage group block activities, including cutoff dates and block performance.• Lead and facilitate Weekly Yield Meetings to align on pricing and inventory strategies.• Collaborate daily with the Sales Department to shape and execute selling strategies.• Manage Central Reservations System and Global Distribution Systems to ensure alignment with property-level inventory strategies.• Prepare weekly and monthly occupancy and revenue forecasts, and assist in the development of the annual budget and Sales and Marketing Plan.• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hotel revenue management.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand statistics and market conditions.• Exceptional communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills.• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people, including guests, management, and staff.• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on action items.• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make practical decisions under pressure.• Proficient in Opera PMS and revenue management systems.• Familiarity with Leading Hotels of the World is a plus.• Experience building and managing relationships with third-party channels, such as OTAs and wholesalers.• Ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.Benefits:• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.• Generous paid time off and vacation policy.• Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.• Access to wellness programs and employee discounts.• Collaborative and supportive work environment.All resumes received will remain highly confidential and not released to anyone without your consent.
