VP of Finance (Private Equity Industry)

We are currently on the search for a VP of Finance to join one of our clients, a fast-paced and growing private equity firm. This position is remote, however the ideal candidate must reside in the East coast of the United States. The ideal candidate will possess vast experience modeling and strategizing business within the private equity space. In this position, you will be responsible for working closely with the CEO in executing company strategy and oversee the finance department.Responsibilities:• Oversee credit policies, pricing strategies, capital efficiencies, AUM growth and earnings.• Build and refine operating and revenue models, CTLV, CAC and other ad hoc models.• Conduct all financial reporting and have clear oversight of the assets, accounting team and audits.• Oversee capital management and budgets to ensure company has expected returns from lending activities.• Enhance and develop team to increase efficiency and business productivity• Ensure communication channels are maintained across the companyRequirements:• 10+ years of experience within a private equity, M&A, or financial services• Experience working with managing assets with IRR and hurdle rates• Strategic financial decision-making ability• Experience working with financial models to run a business, ideally 3 statement cash flow model• CFA designation highly preferred• MBA degree from accredited university• Experience with CTLV and CAC modeling
