JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Director of Marketing, you will own our company's marketing efforts and build and lead a high performing marketing team. You will be responsible for setting the overall marketing strategy, and leading execution. With your team, you will create a world-class new customer acquisition funnel and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, deliver new customers and build pipeline, while managing to key efficiency guardrails like LTV:CAC and RoAS. You will drive go-to-market execution in partnership with product marketing, sales, customer success and product, and continuously improve our processes. You will serve as a member of the executive team and work cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering leaders to set company goals and strategy and achieve our growth targets.
This role reports to the CEO.

• Serve as part of the leadership team and help set company goals and strategy
• Lead, mentor, develop, and grow our existing and future marketing team members
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Collaborate effectively with the CEO and executive team
• Take ownership over revenue outcomes and achieve annual revenue targets
• Implement a repeatable, data driven, product-led and SMB/mid-market GTM strategy
• Effectively allocate time and resources to achieve growth targets
• Develop a deep understanding of our data to identify the highest leverage opportunities and constantly experiment, test, measure & iterate to drive improvements
• Actively support and coach your team members, creating space for feedback and empowering a growth mindset.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Establish a clear marketing and positioning strategy based on a deep understanding of our products, value propositions, competitors, and your own analysis
• Leverage your knowledge of all areas of marketing (content, SEO, lifecycle, performance, product marketing and operations) to lead, develop and enable the marketing team. Contribute to the execution of the marketing strategy
• Create, optimize, and drive scalable go-to-market and demand generation programs for new customer acquisition across a mix of performance marketing channels (paid search, paid social, etc.) and other customer acquisition channels (organic, social, earned, email marketing, etc.)
• Contribute to company-wide goal setting and strategy development as part of executive leadership team
• Lead, hire, develop, and enable a team of high performers
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Ability to cast a vision, keep an eye on priorities at all times, and provide solid direction and quality feedback to ensure goals are met.
• A track-record of winning in every environment you're in, as both a marketer and manager
• Demonstrated experience growing companies in the $8-$30M revenue range.
• Demonstrated demand generation success in a product-led and SMB/mid-market GTM motion
• Mastery of best practices in all areas of marketing (content, SEO, lifecycle, performance, product marketing and operations)
• 3+ years of experience managing a marketing team consistently achieving revenue goals
• 5+ years as an individual contributor consistently achieving functional area goals
• Experience developing and allocating a budget to drive new customer acquisition while managing customer acquisition costs
• History of attracting, developing, and retaining A players, and a passion for investing in your team's individual career growth
• Experience managing outside vendors and contractors
• High GSD quotient with an ability to balance planning and analysis with tactical wins and speed.
• B2B MarTech SaaS experience, ideally targeting digital marketing agencies, resellers, and multi-location business customers. Experience in the reputation management industry is a plus.

• Compensation: The total on-target earnings range for this position is $160,000 – $190,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, and long-term incentive pay. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Location:
We are a fully remote company. You can be anywhere in the US provided that your availability includes our core business hours of 9 am to 2 pm PT.
