Live Chat Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Ashland in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals at an entry-level with at least 1 year of experience.Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with their queries- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retentionRequirements:- Confident and energetic personality with strong communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Excellent presentation and people management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred- Visa sponsorship, joining bonus, and relocation allowance available for the right candidateWorking Environment:At Ashland, we strive to cultivate an atmosphere where employees are encouraged to think and act like entrepreneurs.
