Job Description

The ASICS store management network is growing! We’re on the hunt for a passionate Third in Charge Manager (3IC) to join our team at Miranda. At ASICS we pride ourselves on being the product experts and creating exceptional customer experiences and representing a high-performance culture and performance mindset, focused on accountability, fairness and celebrating the intrinsic feeling from personal success. 

In a nutshell... Our 3ICs are responsible for supporting our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store and identifying wins, opportunities and gaps, while also promoting a focus on optimising sales, customer experience and store performance within the wider team. 

Here's what we’d love to see from you: 

  • Previous people leadership and/or keyholder experience in a similar customer facing role 
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service 
  • Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals 
  • An active interest in physical health and wellbeing 
  • A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment  
  • Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand! 
  • Availability to work a full-time set roster
