DescriptionThe Guest Services Supervisor will assist the Guest Services Manager in directing and coordinating the Guest Services staff to ensure exceptional service during events. This role includes scheduling staff, facilitating training programs, and addressing any performance issues. Join us in making a difference in the community through exceptional service.Skills• Experience with various training methods• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills• Effective verbal and written communication abilities• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others• Strong organizational and time management skills• Goal-oriented team player• Adaptable to change• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysResponsibilities• Assist with pre-event briefings and scheduling of Guest Services staff• Facilitate team member training programs for new hires• Create, edit, and update departmental manuals and materials• Address questions and concerns, handling performance issues as necessary• Monitor and respond to emails• Serve as ADA Facilitator during events• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Guest Services ManagerQualifications• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar facility• Supervisory experience preferred• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorilyEducation Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent• Additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plusEducation Requirements Credential Category• High School Diploma or equivalentExperience Requirements• 2-3 years of relevant experience in guest services or a similar role• Experience in a supervisory capacity is preferredWhy work in Tucson, AZTucson offers a unique blend of cultural diversity, stunning natural landscapes, and a vibrant arts scene.
