Customer Success Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Expansion Manager who will play a pivotal role in the Customer Success team, focusing on enhancing and expanding relationships with our global portfolio of 100+ clients. This position is centered on identifying and maximizing opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling, with a strong emphasis on results-driven strategies that directly impact revenue and reduce churn.

This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where success is measured by tangible results and the ability to significantly impact business growth through strategic client relationships.

Here is a little window into our company: VSN (Video Stream Networks) provides software solutions for audiovisual content management, both for companies in the Broadcast and Media industry and for all those that need to manage, archive, produce, plan and distribute media. The company has developed projects for TV channels, production companies, OTT platforms, public organizations, the educational sector and content distributors, among others. All VSN's systems are ready to be implemented in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments. Moreover, they can be contracted under a licensing model or through subscription as a service (SaaS).

VSN was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Spain, working in a remote work model!

What your day will look like:

  • Client Relationship Development: Maintain continuous and proactive engagement with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify potential areas for expanding their use of our products and services. Cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring alignment with their business objectives
  • Growth Initiatives: Strategically pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, with a focus on aligning solutions to client needs and driving measurable revenue growth. Develop personalized strategies for each client, leveraging data and insights to unlock additional value
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze client metrics such as churn rates, revenue trends, and other critical performance indicators to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports on client expansion activities, showcasing impact and offering recommendations to enhance results
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to synchronize efforts and ensure a unified approach to client expansion. Provide valuable client feedback to internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services
  • Success Metrics: Track and evaluate key performance indicators related to client success, such as revenue growth from existing accounts and the success rate of upselling and cross-selling efforts. Continuously refine and optimize strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or sales with a proven track record in upselling and cross-selling
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in interpreting key business metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to independently manage a diverse and global client portfolio, consistently seeking opportunities to drive business growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytical software
  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent command of English
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about achieving success
  • A Bachelor's degree is a related discipline
  • Legally authorized to work in Spain
