We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Expansion Manager who will play a pivotal role in the Customer Success team, focusing on enhancing and expanding relationships with our global portfolio of 100+ clients. This position is centered on identifying and maximizing opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling, with a strong emphasis on results-driven strategies that directly impact revenue and reduce churn.
This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where success is measured by tangible results and the ability to significantly impact business growth through strategic client relationships.
Here is a little window into our company: VSN (Video Stream Networks) provides software solutions for audiovisual content management, both for companies in the Broadcast and Media industry and for all those that need to manage, archive, produce, plan and distribute media. The company has developed projects for TV channels, production companies, OTT platforms, public organizations, the educational sector and content distributors, among others. All VSN's systems are ready to be implemented in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments. Moreover, they can be contracted under a licensing model or through subscription as a service (SaaS).
VSN was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Spain, working in a remote work model!
