As the Software Engineering Manager for ValPay, your role encompasses a pivotal leadership position where you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategic concept to engineering execution and market introduction. This role uniquely combines architectural expertise with product oversight to ensure our software solutions are not only innovative but architecturally sound, aligning seamlessly with both market needs and technical capabilities. You will act as both an architect and a leader, bridging the gap between high-level architectural decisions and detailed engineering practices, thereby driving the product to commercial success.
