As an Assembler 3 in our Image Guided Therapy Business your will have the opportunity to build balloon catheter products that save lives. This includes performing a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of our medical devices. You will be following established standards using diagrams, drawings or other assembly procedures.
You are responsible for
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings
Clean and maintain work area properly turn off and lock out equipment when not in use
Measure and record process parameters and report results to supervision
Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages
Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record
Comply with GMPs with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process
Demonstrate an understanding of the Quality System
Ensure all training requirements are in a current status

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years on the job in medical device clean room experience
Catheter Assembly Process
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
Experience and ability to routinely use a microscope
Incumbent will be required to work in conditions normal for a manufacturing environment
Work involves standing for extended periods of time
Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds
Operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors and any other required PPE
Good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination
Standard clean room environment materials and equipment including: microscope, Dial/digital calipers, snap gauges, pin gauges, drawings, SOPs, ultrasonic cleaners and polishing machines

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Fremont, CA.
