Our Actuation facility in Shelby, NC is looking for an Assembler to join their team! You will be responsible for following process instructions to assemble
rotary actuators and other components of Curtiss-Wright products. This position provides a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Location: Shelby, NC
Hours: 1st Shift 7:00 - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday + 2 Saturdays a month
Your Challenge:
Understanding and following procedures, work instructions, specifications and other requirements.
Following quality requirements/ quality assurance standards, processes, and controls and identifying and communicating occurrences of non-compliance / non-conformance.
Participating in process and quality improvement activities.
Lifting 40-50lbs on a regular basis.

Your Expertise:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Comfortable using hands held power tools, manufacturing machines and test equipment to perform product assembly.
Must have knowledge of various measuring tools (calipers, OD micrometers, etc.)
High mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
