Assembly Worker $ 1 2.50 per hour to start, hired perm at 6 months & pay rate goes to $ 1 8.06 and tops out at 21.28 . Full Benefits package AS SOON as hired perm. Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Typical duties : Assemble electric motors, p ack, ship or receive equipment and supplies, and perform related paperwork.
Perform duties in a manner compliant with prevailing quality procedures and policies.
Assist more experienced employees with routine aspects of their assignments.
Complexity of Tasks: Under close supervision, follow basic technical and support practices and procedures. Requires ability to recognize problems and to obtain and provide information. Errors would typically cause only minor delays and rework.
