Assemble and pack components for semi-trailers suspension systems.
Operate machines / equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Understands bills of materials and standard work instructions in order to perform tasks.
Accurately report daily activities on work orders and other media as required.
Conduct required quality control checks using common measuring devices.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required.
Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Leader.
Mechanical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to work in a production environment.
Must be able to meet production standards and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to follow operation procedures.
Must be able to read and write legibly.
Ability to function as an effective team member.
Ability to assess problems and recommend solutions to resolve problems.
Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs.
Must pass drug and alcohol screen.
High school diploma (or GED) - proof required
