Accountant

Asset Living, a third-party management firm, is looking for a Property Accountant to handle financial reporting for a portfolio of properties.

Skills

Critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills
Deep understanding of financial concepts
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations
Perform cash management functions and analyze expenses
Review accounts payable activity & cash balances
Perform monthly general ledger account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations

Education

Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
