Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maximizing property cash flow and financial position.

Responsibilities

Manage financial aspects including processing payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring bad debt, and monitoring budgeted revenues and expenses.
Supervise property operations, personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration & risk management in the absence of the Community Manager.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing regulations.
Screen, hire, train, and develop onsite staff.
Implement effective leasing management techniques, marketing strategies, and resident retention programs.
Maintain excellent customer service, property appearance, and oversee business functions related to operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
