Responsibilities

Manage all phases of operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management
Supervise property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, safety guidelines, and liability concerns
Develop and implement marketing strategies, leasing techniques, and resident retention programs
Head emergency response team for the property and ensure proper handling of all property emergencies
Maintain property appearance, monitor maintenance staff responsiveness, and plan property resources economically

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
