Asset Living, a leading third-party management firm, is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property.

Responsibilities

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents
Conduct necessary functions to close the sale
Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data
Assist in developing resident retention programs
Implement annual marketing plan outreach
Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Real estate or property management certification (preferred)
