Responsibilities

Perform cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas
Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
Ensure all necessary repairs and replacements for community common areas and units
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and preventative maintenance program
