We are looking for a proactive, high energy, collaborative, and responsive team member with an entrepreneurial spirit and both a strong creative and financial acuity and strategic based judgment. A day in the life as an Assistant Brand Manager - Nerf

As a digital-first problem solver, innovative consumer marketer, and brand developer you will help lead the global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (design & development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, costing) to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and utilize consumer and social insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands.
  • Assist in development of overall go-to-market product strategy.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing assets for advertising and marketing communications.
  • Become the global consumer insights and competitive market specialist and demonstrate takeaways on product line.
  • Become the global specialist for best-in-class retailer exclusive and channel programs and serve as the lead for the brand in the creation of products/collections to address growth opportunities.
  • Drive specific E-commerce initiatives to achieve bold growth targets


What you’ll bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in consumer goods marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Progressive experience supporting a fully integrated marketing program

You’re comfortable searching outside formal boundaries to improve the status quo. You are passionate about future trends that will influence how industries change and evolve, and seek opportunities to apply these within the brand. You actively seek and listen to diverse points of view.
