Assistant Controller- Construction Experience

TITLE: Controller/Bookkeeper

Main Account Growing Construction Company, Annual Revenue $20,000,000

Three Subsidiary Accounts: Steeplechase (Bar), Ajax(Real Estate), JR Personal, Trust & Kids

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in SAGE 100

Proficient in QuickBooks

PROACTIVE with operational suggestions

- Payables/receivables
- Job Cost reports (Sage)
- Payroll. 941s, 1099s, W2s
- Yearly WHIP Schedule (Work in Progress) for Insurance estimates.
- Quarterly P&L Statements
- Year End Tax data to accountants
- Prepare annual budget

Delegate and Supervise assistant:
- Subsidiary Accounts
- Credit Card statements
- Time card review and entry
- Petty Cash and PO’s

Energetic and not afraid to make suggestions

BONUS POINTS: Spanish speaking.

Salary range: $85-120k
