To manage the day-to-day academic operations of offices and initiatives related to student access and engagement and to advise the Dean on academic and related matters. Reports to the Dean, College of Education, Health and Human Services (EHHS).
Examples of Duties:
Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Lead and oversee the development of access and engagement programs, initiatives, and trainings across College and Schools in EHHS.
Act as point person for EHHS on all university level access and engagement initiatives.
Serve as a co-chair of the EHHS Diversity Committee and EHHS Climate Committee.
Contributing to creation and fostering of a safe and healthy environment for students, faculty and staff.
Work with the EHHS communications team on student recruiting initiatives and outreach.
Work with EHHS Director of External Relations and DPAE team on philanthropic initiatives to support student access and engagement.
Partner with external agencies on programs and events that enhance access and engagement.
Oversee EHHS summer programming (EHHS Bridges, etc.) in cooperation with other University offices.
Partner with EHHS communications team to maintain up-to-date and accurate information related to access and engagement on the EHHS website and social media platforms.
Provide direct supervision of unclassified employees.
Serve as a member of the Dean’s leadership team.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field; four years of higher education experience.
License/Certification:
