Develop, direct and administer an evidence based comprehensive Alcohol and Other Drug education program. Develop a campus-wide strategic plan that drives a positive culture and environment reducing high-risk drinking and associated harm.
Responsible for centralization of information to keep campus community informed of resources and particulars. Sponsor annual campus-wide initiatives to positively impact behaviors surrounding AOD use. Serve as the coordinator for the AOD advisory team. Serve as the facilitator and convene collaborative for Bystander Intervention Education.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, Health Promotion, Community Health, Higher Education Administration, or a related field. At least two years of experience in college health, health promotion, prevention; student affairs administration; community health; leadership development, and/or training and technical experience in aforementioned areas desired.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and planning skills; demonstrated experience creating and facilitating presentations; facilitating meetings; and proven ability to work effectively as a team member. Proficiency with computers to include Word, PowerPoint, and statistical software essential. Must possess a strong student-centered philosophy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in higher education well-being. Experience building a community coalition to address alcohol and other drug prevention. Experience with research and synthesis of data. Demonstrated ability to navigate grant acquisition process. Experience, certification, or training in Brief Alcohol Screening and Interventions for College Students (BASICS) is preferred.
