As Assistant General Manager for our Three-Meal Bakery Restaurant, your background should include the following:

• A proven ability to build, lead, and inspire your team with a focus on accountability and ownership.
• Experience overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and managing P&L.
• Able to develop and implement effective local store marketing strategies.
• At least five years of fast-casual or full-service restaurant management experience and two years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a casual full-service restaurant.
• Proficiency with store operations, scheduling, cost controls, and inventory management.
